The Billing page (sidebar → Billing) shows connector subscriptions, usage, credits, and payment-provider actions.
Who can see it
The primary owner and co-owners see the whole page. Administrators see the subscription and its connector rows, so they can add a connector, change a plan and remove one, with a line at the top saying payment details are managed by the account owner. Members open the route and see only that notice.
What stays with the account owner: payment methods, invoices, the Paddle and WooCommerce portals, credits, and Cancel my subscription, which ends every paid connector at once. An Administrator ends one connector with Remove on its row instead.
Managing payment methods and invoices
The header can show payment-provider buttons that open in a new tab:
- Manage Paddle Billing appears when the account has a Paddle customer record. Use the hosted portal for payment methods, invoices, receipts, and other provider-supported account actions.
- Manage Legacy WooCommerce Billing appears when the account still has legacy website subscriptions. It opens the website's My Account page. See Legacy WooCommerce billing.
Provider-migration banners can also appear when an account is moving from WooCommerce to Paddle.
If your organization holds an Agent Runner plan but has not yet supplied its own Anthropic API key, a prompt appears here inviting you to add one — your automations keep running on credits until you do.

At-a-glance stats
Four summary tiles appear below the header:
- Active Subscriptions — the number of connector subscriptions shown on the account.
- Next Renewal — the nearest future subscription cycle end, with the connector and date in the caption. The underlying date is the connector's usage-cycle reset, not necessarily a payment charge date.
- Credits Balance — the automation-credit balance, or
--if it cannot be loaded. The tile links to the credits area. - Calls This Month — all connector calls in the current calendar month, including failed calls.
Your bundle
Below the tiles, the Your subscription card lists every paid connector billed together on one subscription. It shows your Next bill date, your Multi-connector discount, and how many Paid connectors you hold, then one row per connector with its plan, its list price, and its status (Active, or the date it leaves when a removal is already scheduled). A row showing a leaving date carries a Keep it button that calls the removal off.
The card shows the renewal date and no renewal amount. What you will be charged is quoted for you before you confirm any change, because the amount depends on your discount, tax, and where you are in the period.
The card is also where you change the bundle: add a connector, change one connector's plan, remove one, or combine a second subscription into it. See Managing your bundle.
When there is nothing to list, the card stays on the page and says so. It cannot tell three causes apart — you hold no paid connector, the payment provider is not configured on this deploy, or the provider no longer holds the subscription your account points at — so contact support if you believe you are paying for a connector that is not shown.
Connector subscriptions & usage
The page has one combined card, not a separate subscriptions table and usage section. It renders one row per displayed connector subscription. Each row can include:
- connector, plan, live price, and billing period;
- successful calls against that connector's enforced allowance for its own usage cycle;
- a usage meter and the cycle-reset date;
- payment state and details such as Renewal failed, Paused, Canceled, or a scheduled-cancellation date;
- a Billed together as one bundle subscription badge when the connector shares a subscription with others;
- Change plan and Remove on a connector billed on your subscription, both of which open the subscription card's own priced dialogs;
- Move onto my subscription on a connector billed on a second subscription of yours;
- Upgrade on a Free connector; and
- a Paddle-hosted Update payment link when Paddle supplies one.
A connector billed on your subscription no longer carries a hosted Cancel subscription link. Ending the whole subscription is Cancel my subscription, once, at the bottom of the subscription card. Legacy website rows keep today's actions unchanged.
The per-connector meters count only successful calls in each connector's own cycle. Above the rows, success rate and average latency use all calls in the calendar month. The optional calls-per-day chart and its summary also use all calendar-month calls, including failures. These figures can differ because their time windows and call populations differ.
If the organization has redeemed the TechTribe perk, eligible rows show TechTribe perk
and the meter uses the increased enforced allowance, not the older stored plan default. The
call-volume unlock is permanent and tenant-wide: Pro connectors use 7,500 successful calls
per cycle and Business connectors use 75,000, including existing and future connectors. Free
remains 100 and Enterprise remains unlimited. A separately negotiated custom limit above the
perk floor is not reduced. The checkout's 60-days-free billing terms are handled by Paddle;
review the offer at https://stackjack.io/techtribe before purchasing.
An Agent Runner plan does not appear in this card. It is billed at the account level rather than against a connector, so its status and slot count live on the Concurrency card at the top of Automations → Credits instead — see Agent Runner plans and concurrency slots.
Paddle management links are resolved when the page loads. If Paddle does not return a link or that lookup fails temporarily, the corresponding row action is absent; use Manage Paddle Billing or the Connectors page as applicable.
For individual request records, filtering, and export, use Audit Logs (/audit). Billing no longer has a Recent Calls card or a call-distribution donut.
Where cancellation lives
There are three customer-facing surfaces that end a paid plan:
- On Connectors, a paid connector's row offers one of two buttons to owners, co-owners and Administrators. A legacy WooCommerce row still shows Cancel Plan, which ends that one connector. A Paddle row shows Manage on Billing, which opens Billing with that connector's removal ready — a Paddle subscription can carry several connectors, so ending one of them belongs on the page that prices the change.
- On Billing, an owner, co-owner or Administrator can select Remove — on a row of the Your subscription card or on the connector's own row — to take one connector off the shared subscription, immediately or at the end of the term. See Managing your subscription.
- On Billing, an owner or co-owner can select Cancel my subscription at the bottom of the subscription card to end every paid connector at the end of the term.
Paddle cancellations normally keep paid access through the end of the current billing period. Legacy WooCommerce cancellation from Connectors takes effect immediately. See Canceling, downgrades, and payment issues.
Credits
The Credits card shows the automation-credit balance and recent credit transactions. Manage credits and View all open the credits area on Automations; purchases are not performed in this card. See Automation credits.
Empty state
If there are no connector subscriptions, the combined card shows No Active Subscriptions and a Go to Connectors button. Configuring a connector without an existing subscription creates its Free plan.
