The plan prices you see in the portal — on the Dashboard and the Billing page — are pulled from StackJack's payment provider (Paddle), not hard-coded into the UI. Each one is a cached list price, held per connector, per tier, and per billing period.
A list price is not your bill. What you are actually charged also carries your multi-connector discount, proration for where you are in the billing period, and tax. The checkout, or the priced confirmation the portal shows before you confirm a change, is the authoritative figure — see Managing your bundle.
Where the prices come from
StackJack refreshes these prices from Paddle on a daily schedule, so a price change on Paddle's side normally appears in the portal within a day.
Portal prices are refreshed daily and are indicative. The checkout or the priced confirmation is the price.
Free is always $0 by definition, and Enterprise is custom-quoted — neither carries a catalog price. The refreshed pricing covers the paid, fixed-price tiers (Pro and Business). The refresh covers connector plans only. An Agent Runner plan or extra concurrency slots are priced outside this cache, so their amount is shown at checkout rather than in the portal — see Agent Runner plans and concurrency slots.
The "Pricing unavailable" state
When a paid tier has no stored price, it shows "Pricing unavailable". StackJack never substitutes a hard-coded number in its place.
If you ever see "Pricing unavailable", start the upgrade — the checkout shows the real amount before you pay. Let StackJack support know if it persists.
