StackJack 0.1.0.7743+062b489

This release fixes Datto RMM list tools that skipped the first page of results, adds organization-unit scoping to four N-central reports, and makes the agent builder assistant keep answers from long turns instead of losing them. It also clarifies ScalePad Backup Radar key setup and fixes several connector-management and layout issues.

New features

  • Organization-unit scope for N-central reports: The warranty-expiring, devices-offline summary, asset-inventory summary, and overdue check-ins reports accept an optional organization unit. With one supplied, the report covers only the devices in that unit. Left blank, it covers the whole account as before. The report output shows which scope was used.
  • Old personal HaloPSA sign-in shown on My Connectors: If you are the primary owner and have a disabled personal sign-in next to a separate shared connection, it now appears under "Your personal sign-ins" with a Remove option. It shows the connection's display name, so you can clean it up without affecting the shared connection.

Improvements

  • Agent builder assistant keeps long answers: When a turn ran long enough for the connection to drop, the finished answer used to be discarded, and pressing Retry charged you for a second turn. The assistant now retrieves the completed answer. Retry is offered only when there is genuinely nothing to collect. If the service is briefly unreachable, the page keeps waiting for the answer instead of giving up early.
  • Earlier answers survive a failed live tool test: If a later step of a live tool test fails or runs out of credits, you now get the answer from the earlier step you already paid for, with a note that a later step failed.
  • Lower up-front credit reservation for the assistant: Each assistant call now reserves a typical-turn amount (5 credits) rather than the worst-case amount. You can keep working with a smaller balance.
  • A new turn can start as long as your balance is at least 5 credits.
  • If a turn costs more than the reservation, the difference is deducted and your balance may go briefly negative until your next top-up.
  • More time for AI-assist field suggestions: Suggestions now have up to five minutes to complete. Before, long suggestions could time out partway through.
  • Clearer ScalePad Backup Radar key guidance:
  • The ScalePad connector card and the How To Connect setup guide now say that the backup-job tools need their own key from the Backup Radar portal. That key goes in the "Backup Radar classic API key" field on the Backup Radar tab.
  • When a Backup Radar request is rejected for authentication, the error now points you to that field instead of showing a generic message.
  • Validate does not check this key.
  • Clearer error messages for credential changes: When saving, disconnecting, or saving N-central credentials fails for an unexpected reason, you now see a short, consistent message telling you what to do next.

Bug fixes

  • Datto RMM list tools skipped the first page: All Datto RMM list tools and the reports built on them started from Datto's second page, so the first page of results (often all of them) was missing. They now start from the first page by default. Page numbers are 0-based: page 0 is the first page, and asking for page 1 returns the second page.
  • Agent runs mislabeled as credit-exhausted: A run that finished in the same moment it reached its per-run credit limit was marked as stopped for exhausted credits and sent a failure email. It is now marked Completed.
  • Removing a connection reported a false failure: In some cases, removing a shared connection succeeded but still showed "Failed to disconnect". This no longer happens.
  • Removing a personal sign-in could break a shared connection: Removing an old personal sign-in or connection could also remove a stored credential that a shared organization connection still used. Stored credentials still in use are now kept.
  • N-central reports with a missing organization unit: A report scoped to an organization unit that N-central cannot find now fails with N-central's error, instead of returning an empty report.

UI & UX changes

  • Support chat button no longer covers builder controls: In the advanced agent builder, the support chat button covered the right end of the sticky action bar, including "Test agent". The button now sits above the action bar, and the builder keeps its corner controls clear of it. On narrow phone screens, the action bar no longer pushes "Test agent" over the status indicator and "Unsaved changes" label.

Known issues

  • On the ScalePad connector, a connection with only the primary ScalePad key still shows "Backup Radar (classic)" as Configured. The backup-job tools still need the separate Backup Radar key.
  • If the agent builder assistant is using your own Anthropic key, a long turn whose connection drops cannot be retrieved afterward. Retrieval currently works only for turns billed to StackJack credits.
